Hazard:
This photograph illustrates  an employee sharpening a Scragg Saw blade. Unfortunately, this equipment is not locked out or tagged out to prevent possible unintentional operation. In fact, the employer did not have any lockout/tagout procedures in place, exposing employees to amputation hazards.

Abatement:

Develop, implement and maintain written lockout/tagout procedures, and train affected employees.
